Powered by Softgate Systems’ Retail Payments Exchange, our signature bill payment product enables consumers to make domestic and international payments to over 1,500 Billers. Instead of going to the Biller locations to pay in person or sending money orders, PayXchange customers can make all their payments from a nearby Bill Payment Center location. Our prepaid services include wireless and long distance, debit cards, gift cards, and international top-ups, giving the cash-preferred population a safe, secure, and affordable resource for their purchasing needs.
